Matcha is finely ground on a stone mill from GYOKURO green tea and contains a lot of minerals such as theanine (an amino acid), caffeine, tannin, and vitamin C. It also provides fiber and chlorophyll, which cleanse your body of impurities like chemical toxins and heavy metals.
This premium matcha is sourced from the lush tea gardens of Ōtsuka Seicha, nestled in the foothills of Mount Awagatake in Kakegawa City—one of Japan’s top tea-producing regions.
Carefully nurtured and harvested, these rare tea leaves are processed into aracha (raw tea) and stored at around -5°C to maintain their exceptional freshness. This matcha, made from vibrant green, high-grade tencha, boasts a fragrant aroma and naturally sweet taste.
Perfect for enjoying an authentic cup of matcha at home, it also works beautifully for matcha lattes, desserts, and as a topping for ice cream.

*How to Make Matcha:*
1. Scoop one teaspoon of matcha powder into the matcha bowl (tea cup).
2. Add 70 ml of water at 70°C-80°C to the matcha bowl.
3. Whisk vigorously for 1-2 minutes to create small bubbles.
