How to Prepare for First Use:

  1. Burn-Off: Start by burning off the protective coating. For the first use, heat the pan on high for 5-6 minutes to remove the rust-proof coating. Make sure to heat around the entire rim as well.
  2. Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with water. Use a generous amount of cleanser and a metal scrubber to completely remove the burned coating.
  3. Season with Vegetable Scraps: Apply a good amount of oil, then heat and stir-fry vegetable scraps in the pan. Afterward, rinse with water using a sponge, then dry the pan completely.
